This year, we are incredibly excited to announce the addition of two new, great chefs from different regions of the Blue Ridge and Shenandoah Valley. Guest Chef Marcus Repp and Chef Damien Hinck of The Final Cut Steakhouse at the Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races, joined with our locally renowned chefs Erik, Steve, and Abby, will all come together on this midsummer night to cook you a five course open air feast using the best, locally sourced ingredients. Just one hour outside of D.C., this event will have an intuitive atmosphere for food-lovers looking for the best summer food event, full of amazing food, music, people and talent all served outdoors under the stars!

Join us to celebrate life & food with chefs from leading restaurants in Virginia and West Virginia. We prioritize relationships with local farmers and community partners to collectively bring our patrons the freshest ingredients available. At our “Root to Table” dining event on August 24, 2018, we will showcase the wonderful people we partner with who have a passion for their craft.
WELCOME HOUR: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Our community of chefs will provide you with an array of flavorful hors d oeuvres to start your culinary experience. The chefs will be cooking outside, farmers and restaurant owners will be talking to guests and friends will be laughing and listening to live music.
DINNER: 7:00 pm
Chefs, growers and friends come together preparing the “Root to Table Dinner” for guests using locally sourced products. Guests will enjoy the dinner with a community of people in a relaxing atmosphere. This is an exclusive dining experience you do not want to miss!
