If you want to really experience the personality and culture of Shepherdstown, West Virginia, then do so during their annual Shepherdstown Street Fest. All of the distinctive personalities are out at one time, allowing full exposure of just what makes Shepherdstown so unique: the town’s history and the people who make it. Shepherdstown Street Fest’s aim is to expound on that unique historical, creative and crafty energy by putting together two awesome days that feature live music and vendors. A bonus? It’s completely FREE and even pet friendly!

When you come out to attend this year’s festivities, you can rest easy knowing any money spent will go towards one of two charities – Shepherdstown Public Library and Potomac Valley Audubon Society.

A Fest isn’t a fest without its vendors! This 2018, over 50 different vendors will be setup, and that’s NOT including the food! From handmade, one-of-a-kind garments, to homemade candles and smell goods, paintings, woven crafts, jewelry, and so much more, there’s a very slim chance of not finding something that will appeal to your senses. Plus, buying from these vendors helps support local business and communities in the area so you can feel even better about your purchase! There are simply too many vendors to name, so click here for the full list!

There will be five food vendors catering to a variety of different food options. Concession snacks from Almost Heaven Concessions, soda from Bayou Billy’s, and Smoked BBQ from Keep it Smokin’ BBQ! Asia Fusion Elite will be there with delicious menu items to choose from, as well as Frosty’s Shaved Ice, perfect for hot June weather.

Outside of the food vendors lined up this year, Shepherdstown’s familiar shops and bakeries will be open, too. Complete with a taqueria, Thai & sushi spot, American café style cuisine and more, Shepherdstown is destined to become your new favorite place to eat!

Live Music

As for music, there will be no shortage of bands to clap for and jams to dance to. You’ll find that the people of Shepherdstown are quite carefree, dancing wherever they please and like no one’s watching! Check out the lineup and make sure you join the fun!

We believe in Shepherdstown Street Fest’s mission to create something that’s actually fun to attend and at the same time showcases the region’s personality, creativity, and history. We aren’t the only ones to support this year’s awesome event – these guys are as well!

We are so honored to be involved with Shepherdstown Street Fest again this year. You can expect exclusive interviews with this year’s headliners, live coverage right from the streets, and a follow-up recap of anything you might have missed!

There will be so much going on, including activities for the kids, a beer garden for friends, and music and vendors for everyone. We look forward to seeing everyone with their families out at the Fest this year!
