Summer Kids Camp

There's so many great summer camps offered in the Shenandoah Valley that we couldn't possibly name them all! Here are a few of our favorites that you should know about:

Harpers Ferry Adventure Center

Adventure Day Camp for kids 9 to 14 years old

At Harpers Ferry Kids Camp, kids will learn how to integrate themselves into their teams as well as their environment, and develop their sense of self. Campers gain a sense of connection and wonder through the LEAP learning experience.

LEAP is the new day camp offering that both kids and parents love. It stands for:

  • LEARN through EXPLORATION, ADVENTURE, and PLAY

Summer Playcamp is our Licensed Childcare Program that runs weekly to give children the opportunity to participate in organized, recreational, fun-filled activities, swimming and field trips. Kids Camp is an affordable way for families to watch great films together during most holiday breaks. Choose your own ticket price - $1-$3-$5 and buy your tickets online to reserve your seats in advance. 100% of ticket sales are donated to local nonprofits working to make our community a better place.

Most Kids Camp screenings are ages 3 and up, but some locations are All Ages - please check drafthouse.com for local policies. Regular no talking/texting policies apply and noisy families may be asked to leave.
