Join us to celebrate life & food with chefs from leading restaurants in Virginia and West Virginia.  We prioritize relationships with local farmers and community partners to collectively bring our patrons the freshest ingredients available.  At our Root to Table Open Feast event on August 24, 2018, we will showcase the wonderful people we partner with who have a passion for their craft. Enjoy fine dining in a relaxed outdoor luxury country inn.

Just over an hour outside of Washington, DC, the tranquil private setting of Hillbrook Inn and Spa lends itself beautifully to this authentic fine dining experience.

WELCOME HOUR: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Our community of chefs will provide you with an array of flavorful hors d oeuvres to start your culinary experience. The chefs will be cooking outside, farmers and restaurant owners will be talking to guests and friends will be laughing and listening to live music.

  • Chef Chris Buckler at George's Food and Spirits - The George Washington Hotel in Winchester, Virginia
  • Chef Abby Allister at Schenck Foods Inc in Winchester, Virginia

DINNER: 7:00 pm
Chefs, growers and friends come together preparing the “Root to Table Dinner” for the guests using locally sourced products. Guests will enjoy the dinner with a community of people in a relaxing atmosphere. This is an exclusive dining experience you do not want to miss!
