This marks the 42nd year of the Warren Heritage Society's annual fundraiser, the Festival of Leaves. The Festival takes place in historic downtown Front Royal, Virginia on Chester and Main Streets. Come enjoy Front Royal at its best. Arts and crafts abound in the heart of our historic district. Bluegrass, blues, country, jazz, big band, and choir music represent some of the musical entertainment.
8:30am - 5K Race and Fun Walk
Begins and ends at Skyline High School.
10:00am - Parade
Parade starts at the intersection of Stonewall Drive and Luray Avenue and disbands at 2nd and Chester Streets.
9:00am - 6:00pm - Vendors
Vendors will line Chester and Main Streets and include crafters/artists, merchants, non-profit organizations, commercial promotions and sales, food, etc.
9:00am - 6:00pm - Live Entertainment
Entertainment is scheduled to take place at the gazebo inside the town commons where Chester and Main Streets meet as well as period music in Heritage Square at 101 Chester Street.
9:00am - 6:00pm - Heritage Square
Located on the grounds of the Warren Heritage Society at 101 Chester Street, come enjoy historic demonstrations and living history interpretations, tours of our historic homes Belle Boyd Cottage and Balthis House and their outbuildings, apple butter making over an open fire, a blacksmith, to name a few of our local historic crafters. Also open to the public will be Warren Heritage Society's Ivy Lodge Museum and Gift Shop, Laura Virginia Hale Archives, and Warren Rifles Confederate Museum.

Located on the Chester Street side of the E. Wilson Morrison Elementary teacher's parking area. Plan on lots of fun for the little ones!
