  Nibblins is proud to host the second annual Shenandoah Valley Cake Festival. The cupcake judging competition will be held at Nibblins which is located at 229 Market Street, Winchester, Virginia. Nibblins is hosting a "Cupcake Gala" as a benefit for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northwest Virginia. The event is from 7 to 10 and will feature different cupcake bakers, wine tastings, savory foods, and a silent basket auction, people's choice award, and more!
