Go Blue Ridge Travel’s Pick #1 St. Patrick’s Day Celebration in the Blue Ridge is off of Interstate 66  – we know it is happening today but you still have tomorrow.  What better place to celebrate  Saint Patrick’s Day than a winery named Chateau O’Brien.  Come join the Irish men and women and all of those who want to be Irish this weekend. – simply for all the fun they get to have.  Wear your kilt and get in FREE! Live Irish bands and bag pipes, a large selection of traditional fare (menu below), beads, Top O the Hour door prizes and many, many more fun activities all day long.

Chateau O’Brien is proud to be a family owned and operated winery, with owners Howard and Debbie O’Brien personally pouring wine and sharing their intimate knowledge of the wines at the tasting bars. The winery is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Northern Virginia, and has earned a reputation for producing hand-crafted wines of distinction in a variety of styles ranging from premium dry white varietals, to complex red blends with depth and integrity, and even a wildly popular Apple Dessert wine.

 For $25 per person, you get a great irish menu (all you can eat), one complimentary glass of wine, winery logo glass, irish wristband, and door prize ticket (ticket stay in drawing all day long).  No reservations required.  This event is for peopele 21 years and older only. This is Chateau O’Brien’s 5th Annual Saint Patrick’s Weekend Celebration.   

Menu – Corned Beef and Cabbage,  Traditonal Irish Beef Stew, Sheperds Pie, selection of gourmet Irish Cheeses, and Traditional Irish Bread w/butter and jam.  Sample of Lily OBrien Gourmet Chocolates will also be featured.

Take I-66 West to Exit 18 (Markham). Make a left at end of exit ramp and continue across State Road 55. At the stop sign make a left and then just past the winery sign make a right onto Rail Stop Road.
